Garlic & Herb Ciabatta - Air Fryer Recipe


To serve 4.


This recipe was tested in an air fryer with a capacity of 5.5litres and an

output of 1,800 Watts.


Spray light is readily available in all leading supermarkets. 1 spray of spray

oil = 1 kilocalorie.


In a medium size mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil with 2 Tsps

freshly chopped coriander, 1 clove garlic, crushed and a seasoning of salt and

pepper. Cut 4 ciabatta rolls in half then divide olive oil mixture evenly between

the halves. Air- Fry 4 halves at a time. Arrange in the basket, oiled side up. Air

Fry for 5 minutes at 190C. Either serve immediately, or, for a cheese version,

add about 15g grated half fat Cheddar cheese, dividing it evenly between the

rolls, and return to air fryer for 1 minute, until crisp and golden. Repeat with

remaining halves of ciabatta.
