Defrost 1 x800g frozen Turkey breast fillet overnight, in fridge.
Smother in olive oil,
chopped rosemary needles and salt and pepper.
Wrap in 6 rashers streaky bacon, tucking it under.
Place on oiled rack with small dish beneath to catch juices.
Air fry at 180C for 15 minutes.
Air fry at 170C for about 20 mins,
until internal temperature reads 78C
Rest 20 mins before carving.
