Salmon Teriyaki - Air Fryer Recipe

All recipes were tested in an air fryer with a capacity of 5.5litres and an

output of 1,800 Watts.


Spray light is readily available in all leading supermarkets. 1 spray of spray

oil = 1 kilocalorie.


Arrange 4x 125g salmon fillets side by side in a suitable shallow dish. In a small

mixing bowl, combine 2 Tbsps soya sauce, with the juice 1/2 lemon and a

teaspoon dried mixed herbs. Add a seasoning of black pepper and stir to mix.

Pour marinade over salmon and set aside for 10 minutes. Arrange salmon, in a

single layer in the basket of the air fryer, skin side down. Sprinkle over 2

chopped spring onions. Spray each salmon fillet with 2 sprays of spray light oil.

Air fry for 7 minutes at 190C. Serve immediately.
